We've experienced the hurdles of supporting our clients through the transition from ILT to vILT. That experience has proven that virtual courses need to be experiential and provide learners with support throughout their virtual course experience.

vILT sessions don’t have to be one and done. They can be recorded and uploaded to a customer’s LMS or learning platform to be referenced after the session.
It can be costly to pay for a team to attend an in-person ILT. With vILT, learners don't have to travel or be out of the office to be trained together. We handle the logistics so you don’t have to. We can develop, manage, and distribute pre-training communication emails, schedule the vILT sessions, and track and report on attendance. We can access and collect learning satisfaction and effectiveness data, then report the findings with recommendations for future changes that improve the program and demonstrate to stakeholders the results of the program.
Led by Skilled vILT Facilitators
Our instructors are skilled at delivering in a virtual environment. They have dynamic personalities, great command of voice, pace, tone, and cadence, and connect the content with learners. They have the ability to use the platform to monitor learner engagement and are subject matter experts. We provide moderators to assist the facilitators to ensure sessions go smoothly. They can handle any technical issues that may arise.
