<strong>Ardent – Building a Coaching Culture</strong><small>For fun, we created this brief course about coaching and how it contributes to employee performance, using it to showcase our skills in writing, designing, and developing visually appealing and engaging eLearning.</small>

<strong>BAYADA – Supporting Habilitation Technicians</strong><small>We helped BAYADA digitize 6 topics from their Habilitation Technician Apprenticeship Program into 20+ micro modules, supporting their mission to help people have a safe home life with comfort, independence, and dignity.</small>

<strong>VinFast – EV Myths, Fats, & Objections</strong><small>Rising EV-maker VinFast tasked us with developing this bite-sized course to educate their sales associates on common objections customers have to electric vehicles, separating the myths from the facts.</small>

<strong>Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope (OBE) – Continuing Education</strong><small>Ardent partnered with OBE, a leading global supplier of glazing products and services, to develop a series of courses for their continuing education platform, OBE Academy, supporting their employees and customers.</small>

<strong>University of Rochester – Onboarding Incoming Students</strong><small>The Benet Career Management Center tapped Ardent to develop a visual redesign of their onboarding program templates. In addition, we also provided consultation to streamline their content for incoming students.</small>

<strong>Kia – The Eastern EV Movement</strong><small>This 7-city event for sales consultants and managers included a ride & drive component, generated excitement about Kia’s EVs, provided unique selling points, and increased participant confidence in selling EVs.</small>

<strong>Kia – The Shift Forward EV Expo</strong><small> Aimed at corporate and regional employees, this all-things EV event engaged participants in an immersive experience that included a scavenger hunt, ride and drive, keynote addresses, and instructor-led sessions.</small>

<strong>Leadership Development for IT Professionals</strong><small>In collaboration with one of our consulting partners, Ardent helped to develop a series of courses for medical center IT Managers at a major university, covering a range of topics from being curious to leading effective meetings.</small>
