Results Delivered
Metrics are necessary to demonstrate the value of training, but insufficient resources, absence of management support and lack of motivation often get in the way. The Ardent approach helps you overcome these challenges.
We create a performance scorecard based on Kirkpatrick's four levels of evaluation:
-
Reaction and Satisfaction
At the end of every training session, we capture participant feedback using an online survey tool. Here's a recent sample from over 4,000 participants.
Overall, how would you rate the effectiveness of the training?

-
Learning
At the start and end of every training session, students are required to complete pre- and post- tests to measure learning.

Average pre-test scores were 75% and average post-test scores were 98%, with a gain of 23%.
-
Behavior Change
To measure if behavior changed as a result of our training, we utilize various methods including assessments, surveys and control groups. By ensuring that the learner is able to demonstrate new knowledge or skills in the actual workspace, we close the loop on training Return on Investment.
-
Business Results
Demonstrating learning ROI often proves challenging. Using your existing systems where possible, we focus on metrics identified by the Needs Assessment and measure results on an ongoing basis.
