Twenty years running a business is humbling. It continues to be a wonderful ride but business cycles are not always kind. We have bumped our knees and learned along the way. So, what are some of the most important things that we've learned over the past two decades?
- Values matter. Ardent lives by our guiding value of "Improving the quality of life for ourselves and our clients." Integrity, respect and humility have been the essence of Ardent.
- Complacency is evil. Complacency often comes not from laziness but from the fear of failure. People least likely to become complacent realize learning is not confined to childhood.
We truly appreciate our clients who have provided our opportunities. Your collaboration and input makes us better.
And we truly appreciate the families of Ardent who have made their own sacrifices that have allowed us to keep this ride going.
